The Rockumentary

On the 8th December 2002 Sonic Undermind played their debut gig in what was to become a legendary appearance at Bar Oz in Reading. Filmmaker Michael Matthews was allowed full access to the band during their final rehearsal before the gig, at the gig itself and afterwards at the postshow party. He ended up with brilliant and touching footage that really captured the heart of the story of a band's first small triumph in the cutthroat world of Rock music. He then cruelly edited the footage together to get cheap laughs and make the band appear ridiculous. Unfortunately the video is no longer available for download but here are some pictures of the highlights.

I think Nikhil summed it up best with his immortal words. "As far as I'm aware, there are no other band members."
